Alright, so Colleen told me today that I haven't updated in a while. I guess you're right... so here's one.
Life has been odd lately, I'm actually doing homework. I've sort of realized that everyone I know that says they hate school are always the ones that never do their work... and the ones that don't mind school usually do their work... or at least they've accepted the fact that they can't not go to school, so they make the best of it by doing their work.
Yeah, so today I had a Geometry test. I came into it pretty well prepared, and I think if I had another 10-15 minutes, I would have finished the test. Oddly, I didn't not know anything. It took a while to recognize what I had to do, but when I knew what to do, I could do it... but apparently not fast enough. It felt good to actually know and be prepared for a test for once, I actually had fun taking it (which is really weird, becuase it's one of Mr. Schacht's tests...)
So I burnt a WMA cd the other day, it's like an MP3 cd, except, yeah, it has WMA's. It's incredible. I put them on a CD-RW because the only player that I have that can play that type of CD is my DVD player, and it's in my room right next to my computer... but meh. I decided that my computer is too loud, and so I ripped the cd so I wouldn't have to have it on all the time. Actually, right after this updation, I'm turning it off and doing my homework... then taking a chicken out of the oven. So I fit 77 songs on the CD, and it's not half full. Funnn. Also, my DVD player has an on-screen printout of all the song titles too, it's pretty cool.
So as for school life, it's been pretty normal. I got an interesting letter today, but I don't think it should be public. Sooo yeah, that's about it.
It's gotten around time for signing yearbooks, and I've decided to write down some rather... odd stories about people in their yearbooks, just to entertain people who might happen to pick up the book and read them... like of course the person who the book belongs to, or their parents... muahaha. Colleen's is probably the best so far. Sarah is second best.
Well, it's time to take the chicken out. Toodles... [listens to Modest Mouse] haha, it's my alarm tone for my phone. And my ring tone. Orgasmic.

I think you just hit the nail on the head!!! My brother hates school and isn't fabulous at it. I like school and accept it as a fact of life. And my teachers gush over me. I'd probably do worse if I was in a classroom though (I'm homeschooled).
La dee da...
